ATV Thermostat

Has anyone put an Thermostat on an ATV?

I was looking at tapping into my oil line and putting an oil temperature gauge on my ATV. What does everyone think?

My ATV doesn\t have coolant as it is air cooled so I can\t add the ATV thermostat to that.
